 STUDIO POLICIES 

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honour your appointment,

if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours * before your appointment time.

No refund is given if the cancellation/rescheduling policy is not followed for all prepaid appointments.

All appointments require a prepay to hold your appointment. 

If you choose not to pay the holding deposit that should be prepaid, we will not hold your appointment time or date. You will be billed the full amount as a cancellation fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24-hours before the appointment time.

  • No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment.

  • All clients are required to prepay/pay online booking towards their visit when booking future appointments.

  • All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are welcomed.

LASH EXTENSIONS APPOINTMENT

LATE ARRIVIALS 

We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

For late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

 

OUR GUARANTEE

  • We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you. However, after 3 business days, complimentary fix appointments are no longer available.

  • Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 1 week of the original date of your appointment. 

 

LASH EXTENSION INFILLS

Each eye sheds approximately 2-5 lashes per day. On average this is 3 lashes per eye, per day:

  • In the first week you will lose 21 lashes per eye

  • In the 2nd week you will lose 42 lashes per eye

  • In the 3rd week you will lose 63 lashes per eye

 

To maintain a full look infills are needed every 2-3 weeks – you need to still have at least 40-50% of your lashes on for your appointment to qualify as an infill. If you have less than that left or your lashes are in poor condition, we might have to remove the remaining extensions and start from the beginning.

**Please note that infills done more than 3 weeks after your last appointment are considered as a new full set.

We do not perform refill services on work that was not done with Beauty Bloom – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons or lash artists.  

** Refill prices are based on a 40% requirement anything less than 40% lashes per eye is considered a "Full-Set" and will be charged according to a full new lash set.

We accept all major credit cards.

Gratuities are accepted.
